		<description>It&#039;s been a couple of weeks but still wanted to let you know how I am doing.  Well, I&#039;m down 6.6 pounds.  I haven&#039;t weighed in yet this week so give me some time with that. lol  I am feeling better and hopefully looking a bit better too.  We are our own worse enemies when we look at outselves in the mirror.  So, I still see tree trunks were my thighs are concerned and we won&#039;t go into what I think my mid-section looks like.  I am really trying and am deteremined to get off all the weight I have regained.  I have been cooking for myself and shopping.  I have NOT had any candy since starting this quest.  That&#039;s a big milestone for me as I was eating bag after bag after bag.  The habit has been broken.  I can still walk down the candy iles in any store and not want to buy it.  With the Hurricane this past week I have been doing alot of moving things as the basement (finished mind you) got alittle water and of course it&#039;s not covered by insurance.  Anyway, that has been weighing heavily on my mind.  My sister is coming for a wedding this weekend and that has me on edge.  But....the dumpster is in the driveway awaiting the dig out.  With help from my sister we can knock out the basement (hopefully) or at least some of it.  To get back on track here.  I am determinded to lose that last 3.4 pounds.  Wish me luck.  I will continue to lose the weight even after I have completed the 90 day course.  I wish all of you the best of luck in your weightloss goals.  YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!</description>

		<description>Okay I am really computer challenged this week for whatever reason.  I just wanted to update you with last weeks weigh-in.  I lost 2.2 pounds.  Am at 8.6 pounds lost total.  I only have 1.4 pounds to lose for the Summer Challenge.  Am feeling pretty good about that.  I have to tell you that I did Phase Kim AGAIN over this last weekend and DON&#039;T get the new oreo cookies the ones with strawberry.  OMG they are really good.  Alas, I left the package in Maine and am back on track.  Time will tell if I did good this week when I weigh in tomorrow.  I will let you know.  Thanks Cathy for this outlet.  It helps alot to write down the good and the BAD.  Until probably Saturday.  Kim</description>

		<description>Okay so the last 5 days I have been on phase Kim.  I am still feeling good and have had many comments from members asking if I have been loosing weight.  So, that makes me feel good.  I will be weighing in on Friday so I will update you all on any progress/regress.  Been working on getting back on track.  I have been eating 3 main meals daily and my snacks but, I am still having trouble getting them in when I am busy.  I have been making myself eat or should I say taking the time to eat when the club is slow or I just get hungry.  It&#039;s still hard but am working on that.  I am going on 4 weeks now with NO candy.  Yay for me. lol  That is making a BIG difference.  I can walk down that aisle or just by pass it without turning around and heading for the candy.  That is BIG progress for me.  Am looking forward to really getting into the eating &quot;right&quot; and cooking for myself.  Have the determination but time will tell if I can really do it. 		<description>Well just wanted to update you all on my progress.  As of Friday (last week) I am down 2.6 pounds, lost 1% body fat, and dropped 2.5 pounds of weight mass.  I am feeling good about all this.  I would like to see myself losing a bit more weight but am working on that.  I have been walking to work most days and walking home.  Which amounts to 2 miles daily.  I am finding I am not hungry most of the time.  But am still finding that when I am hungry I want to eat EVERYTHING I can get my hands on. lol  I do manage to stop myself.  I am also very happy that I have kicked my candy habit of over 1 year.  Not that much into chocolate but love the gum drops, fruit slices, hot tamales, ect.  The list goes on.  I am drinking lots of water without issue and finding myself reaching for the water when I get the urge to eat.  I have given up snacking more than just my snacks allowed.  This is a GREAT change for me.  I am looking at things differently and am really working on cooking for myself.  The last few weeks I have had both my brother and nephew with me.  I love to cook for others but have to keep up the cooking once they are gone.  So, wish me luck on that score.  I hope my writing things in Cathy&#039;s Corner will help others to reach their goals.  Keep wishing me luck.

		<description>Well, yesterday I finished Week One (Phase One) of Curves Complete 90 day weight loss plan. It was no way near as hard as I had anticipated. I chose all recipes b/c I love to cook and the food was really good. And honestly,I was hardly ever hungry. Best of all, I feel really terrific.....really healthy. Today I switched to Phase Two and even got my husband to eat what I did all day and he didn&#039;t complain!
